Products can only be exchanged/returned if there are any such issue i.e wrong product / damaged product delivered. You need to raise complaint within 2 working days from receiving the shipment and send the defective copy to us. We will send replacement copy after receiving the defective copy.

In case, you receive your ordered product in a damaged condition or the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and return the same to the delivery personal. Once you have already accepted the shipment, you need to simply place an email request to exchange the product within 24 hours from the date of receiving the package. We ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Few products are exempted from being returned once sold. Magazines/periodicals, sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases etc.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Gift Vouchers, Downloadable software products, EBooks, Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For online payment, refunds will be made in the same form in which the payment is received.
